HNTW-Tech's bracket integrated double True Union ball valves are the perfect embodiment of many years of technical experience, the series is characterised by the installation of actuators (including electric, pneumatic, etc.) is simple, convenient and fast, without the need for additional brackets; the installation position is compatible with all the commonly used electric, solenoid and pneumatic actuators on the market.
The Ball Valves is designed to meet the installation of the actuator one-piece bracket, in response to the convenience of the installation of the actuator, in the design of the special increase in the installation space; and with the actuator connected to the metal parts selection of stainless steel 304, to meet the consistent needs of customers.

Equipped with EPDM sealing ring, good resistance to temperature, oil, acid and alkali, can also be equipped with better performance of FKM (fluoroelastomer) sealing ring. PTFE ball core seat (stop leakage ring) is specially designed to reduce the friction between the ball core and effectively improve the service life of the ball valve.

Precision CNC machining of the ball core to ensure the roundness and reliability of the seal, and to ensure the consistency of the ball valve switch. All sealing surfaces of the ball valve body are processed by precision CNC machine tools to ensure the stability of quality. A wide range of connection options are available: socket bonding, threaded connections, as well as sockets made of other materials such as PE and PPH.
